Listings by Aditya (“we”, “Aditya”) is a single-broker rental discovery and visit-booking service. We collect only what is needed to show properties and arrange site visits.

What we collect

  • Visit requests: name, phone number, optional email, preferred date/time, and notes you provide.
  • Usage: basic page/event analytics (for product improvement; may be console or third-party analytics in future).
  • Account credentials: email/password for the private admin tools used to manage listings (Firebase Authentication).

How we use it

  • To confirm and manage your site visit with Aditya.
  • To contact you about the listing you requested (call or WhatsApp).
  • To operate and improve the service. We do not sell your contact data to third-party brokers.

Storage & security

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore / Authentication / Storage) under Aditya’s project, protected by security rules. Access to appointment details is limited to the broker account.
