By using Listings by Aditya (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service helps you discover rental homes curated by Aditya and request in-person site visits. It is not a multi-broker marketplace.
Visit requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a visit request creates a request for Aditya to confirm. Availability of the home, timing, and visit logistics are confirmed by Aditya (typically within a few hours via call or WhatsApp). No payment is collected on this site for visit requests.
Accuracy of listings
Aditya aims to keep photos, rent, and descriptions accurate. Details can change (availability, rent, amenities). Always verify critical details during the visit and in any rental agreement.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate contact details when requesting a visit.
- Do not spam visit requests or abuse the booking form.
- Do not attempt to access the broker dashboard without authorization.
Liability
The Service is provided as-is for discovery and visit coordination. Rental agreements, deposits, and tenancy are between you and the relevant parties as facilitated by Aditya offline. To the extent permitted by law, Aditya is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website alone.
